Warranty Terms
- The company guarantees the quality of the product purchased by the customer, limited to the model and code indicated on the product and warranty card only.
- The warranty period begins on the date the product is purchased and delivered between the customer and the company, with a warranty period of one year.
- The buyer can request inspection, repair, and parts replacement (in cases where the company finds the product to be under warranty, with no labor or parts fees for the buyer).
- The warranty applies when the product is non-functional, such as if the light doesn't turn on or the bulb flickers.
- This warranty does not include transportation or delivery charges for on-site services outside the company's service area.
- In cases of manufacturing defects, the company will replace the product with a new one or an equivalent model.
- If damage occurs and the company cannot procure the same materials or parts for repair or replacement in a timely manner, the company reserves the right to substitute materials with equal properties and standards.
- If your product has been repaired or parts have been replaced, the warranty period continues from the original purchase date and is not extended from the repair date.
- Customers must return any defective parts covered by the warranty to the company's representative.
- The company reserves the right to diagnose and decide if the product is within the warranty terms. The company's decision is final.
Conditions Not Covered by the Warranty
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
- Products modified, extended, altered, or repaired by anyone other than the company's technicians.
- Damage, dents, or scratches resulting from external factors such as transportation, movement, accidents, negligence, exposure to chemicals, natural disasters, or animals.
- Product loss during transportation.
- Products that do not match the specifications listed on the website.
- Products that do not match the purchase order.
- Damage caused by an incorrect or unsuitable power supply for the product as recommended.
