Shipping conditions for online orders (LAMPTAN ONLINE SHOP)

Products are shipped by private couriers, with fees calculated based on the total weight of all items in each order

Registered Shipping

For registered shipping, the total weight of the items must not exceed 2,000 grams (2 kilograms)

Delivery Time

You will receive the product within 4 to 7 days, depending on the delivery area

EMS Shipping

Delivery Time

You will receive the product within 1 to 3 days, depending on the delivery area

For shipments via private couriers, you can check the delivery status using the tracking number in your order list on your LAMPTAN Shop Online account

If the weight or size of the product exceeds the limit for private courier shipping, the company will contact you within 2 business days to arrange a delivery date and inform you of the shipping fees

In the event of any changes to shipping fees, the company reserves the right to contact the customer
