Steps for Product Claims/Exchanges
- Customers contact the company for claims/exchanges by providing the purchaser's name, order number, symptoms, reasons, and photos for initial assessment. Customers must present proof of purchase, such as a receipt or tax invoice issued by the company.
- The company will conduct an initial inspection of the customer's product, including the defect and the product's warranty conditions.
- For claims/exchanges, customers must return the product to the company in its original condition as received.
- If the product is under warranty, the company will issue a claim receipt and provide information for product shipping if the customer opts for a courier service.
- Customers must return the product to the company themselves, either in person or via a private courier, and are responsible for return shipping costs. The company reserves the right to deny claims for items damaged due to non-standard shipping in all cases.
- Customers are advised to take photos or videos of the product before or during packing to serve as proof of the product's condition.
