HOW TO PAYMENT
To facilitate our customers, you can pay through various channels.
LAMPTAN Shop Online Accepts credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay (domestic cards). LAMPTAN Store Online uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certification to ensure the safety of payment transactions and personal data updates. Important information such as credit card details and personal information (name, address, etc.) will be kept confidential and inaccessible to unauthorized persons.
Customers can use debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay (domestic cards) to purchase from LAMPTAN Store Online. Compatibility may vary by bank. Please contact your card issuer to activate online shopping services.
You must enter a one-time password (OTP) received from your card-issuing bank.
INTERNET BANKING
Steps for transferring funds or bill payments:
- Log in to the iBanking system.
- Select the "Pay Bill" menu.
- Search for the payee company by entering "Company 123 Service Co., Ltd."
- Enter Payment Code Ref.1 (10-digit reference number).
- Enter your mobile number in Ref.2 (reference number 2).
- Specify the correct amount.
- Click "Next."
- Verify the information and click "Confirm."
Payment via QR Code
Customers can easily pay by using any bank's mobile application to scan the QR Code. There is no minimum purchase requirement. The system will automatically display the purchase amount for secure payment without requiring credit card or additional information. (QR Code payments must be completed within the specified time.)
Steps for using MOBILE BANKING APPLICATION to scan barcodes or QR Codes:
- Log in to the mBanking system via the mobile application.
- Select the "Payment/Bill Payment" menu.
- Choose "Scan Bill."
- Scan the QR Code.
- Verify the transaction and select "Next."
- Click "Confirm."
- Complete the transaction.

Payment via QR Code
TrueMoney Wallet
TrueMoney Wallet allows convenient payment for products and services using the TrueMoney Wallet mobile application. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and the system will automatically display the purchase amount. (QR Code payments must be completed within the specified time.)
Steps for scanning QR Codes to pay on a computer:
- Log in to the TrueMoney Wallet mobile application.
- Select "Scan QR Code."
- Check the purchase amount and scan the QR Code (payment must be completed within 20 minutes).
- Confirm payment and enter the PIN set during registration.
- Payment is completed.
Steps for scanning QR Codes to pay via phone:
- Capture the QR Code for payment.
- Log in to the TrueMoney Wallet mobile application.
- Click "Scan QR Code" and select the captured image.
- Verify the amount and click "Confirm."
- Payment is completed.
